Jannat al-Baqi, Masjid Quba, and other places to visit in Madinah
The graves in the Baqi graveyard, the martyrs of Uhud, and the historic mosques of Madinah, including Masjid Quba.
Every day after visiting the Prophet's ﷺ grave, it is good to visit Jannat al-Baqi, the graveyard where thousands of his Companions are buried, and to say a dua for them.
سَلَامٌ عَلَيْكُمْ بِمَا صَبَرْتُمْ فَنِعْمَ عُقْبَى الدَّارِ سَلَامٌ عَلَيْكُمْ دَارَ قَوْمٍ مُّؤْمِنِينَ وَ إِنَّا إِنْ شَآءَ اللَّهُ بِكُمْ لَا حِقُونَ
Salāmun ʿalaykum bimā ṣabartum fa-niʿma ʿuqba'd-dār. Salāmun ʿalaykum dāra qawmin mu'minīn, wa innā in shā'a'llāhu bikum lāḥiqūn.
Peace be upon you for your patience; excellent is the end of the home. Peace be upon you, the home of the believing people, and surely, if Allah wills, we will be joining you.
It is also recommended to visit the martyrs of Uhud, especially on Thursdays, and to pray for them.
There is also a mosque outside the city called Masjid Quba, where two rakats of prayer are said to be worth as much as a whole Umrah. It is well worth visiting and praying in, along with the other historic mosques of Madinah.
Visiting Jannat al-Baqi daily, after the visit to the Prophet's ﷺ grave, is recommended; many thousands of Companions and Followers are buried there, though the exact location of most graves is unknown.

The last three of these domes lie outside the graveyard's boundary wall.
The Mosque of Fatimah, also called Bayt al-Huzn, stands close to the dome of Ahl al-Bayt (it is where Fatimah is said to have gone to weep after the Prophet's ﷺ passing) and prayer there is recommended too. Visiting the martyrs of Uhud on Thursdays is also recommended.

Prayer is recommended in all of these mosques.
Daily ziyārah of Jannat al-Baqiʿ after visiting the Prophet's ﷺ grave is recommended, though the graves of most of the many thousands of Ṣaḥābah and Tābiʿūn buried there are not individually known; small marked tombs formerly stood for some of them.

Prayer (ṣalāh) is recommended in every one of these mosques.
يَا صَرِيخَ الْمُسْتَصْرِحِينَ يَا مُفَرِّجَ كَرْبِ الْمَكْرُوبِينَ يَا مُجِيبَ دَعْوَةِ الْمُضْطَرِّينَ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ اٰلِهِ اكْشِفۡ كَرْبِى وَ حُزْنِي كَمَا كَشَفْتَ عَنْ رَّسُولِكَ كَرۡبَهٗ وَ حُزْنَهٗ فِي هَذَا الْمَقَامِ يَا حَنَّانُ يَا مَنَّانُ يَا كَثِيرَ الْمَعْرُوفِ يَا دَائِمَ الْإِحْسَانِ يَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِینَ
Yā ṣarīkha'l-mustaṣrikhīn, yā mufarrija karbi'l-makrūbīn, yā mujība daʿwati'l-muḍṭarrīn, ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammadin wa ālih. Ikshif karbī wa ḥuznī kamā kashafta ʿan rasūlika karbahū wa ḥuznahū fī hādha'l-maqām. Yā ḥannānu yā mannānu yā kathīra'l-maʿrūfi yā dā'ima'l-iḥsāni yā arḥama'r-rāḥimīn.
O Rescuer of those who call for help, O Reliever of the griefs of the troubled, O Answerer of the prayers of the desperate, send blessings upon Muhammad and his family. Relieve my grief and sorrow, as You relieved the grief and sorrow of Your Messenger at this station. O Most Compassionate, O Most Benevolent, O One of Great Favors, O Ever Generous, O Most Merciful.
