Belief in Allah's books

The scriptures Allah revealed to His prophets, the four best known among them, and why only the Quran's rulings stand today.

The third thing every Muslim believes in is Allah's books. Allah sent holy books to His prophets, to teach the people of that time. Every one of these books is true, and every word in them is really from Allah.

The third article of faith is belief in Allah's revealed books: Allah Almighty revealed many scriptures to His prophets so that each could teach their community the truths of faith. Every one of these scriptures is true and just, and all are the speech of Allah Almighty.

The third uṣūl of belief is īmān in the kutub of Allah: Allah Almighty revealed numerous scriptures to His prophets so that each might instruct their community in the teachings of the faith. Every one of these scriptures is ḥaqq (true) and just, and each is, in its entirety, the kalām (speech) of Allah Almighty.
